First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Rawhide Youth Services.
Case Manager
It was a one-way recorded interview where I had to record myself answering questions, so I didn't get to ask any questions about the job. It wasn't the worst, but it could have felt more personal.
- Can you introduce yourself and describe your experience?
- Could you tell me about your background and experience?
Administrative Assistant
I interviewed with a group of managers from the department and the director of the department first. Then the second interview was with the IT manager, HR manager, and the Department Director. They asked a lot of questions about my previous experience and jobs. Each person asked their own questions. I needed to show I knew computers.
- What was your relationship with Christ?
- Tell me about your experience.
Youth Development Specialist
It was a pretty chill interview process. Started with a recruiter chat, then we did an in-person interview. They asked me some scenario-based questions and questions about fitting in with the team. We talked about pay at the beginning but didn't lock it in till later. They reached out via text and phone, and then we met up.
- What makes you want to work here?
Youth Care Worker
The interview panel was really respectful and we had lunch together at the cafe on campus. They even gave my wife and I an apartment on campus to stay in during the interview process. It was a very nice gesture.
- What is your approach to managing a youth who is de-regulated?
