Web Developer
The interview had 3 main rounds. First, there was a recruiter call. Then, we moved to a technical screen which included coding and logic questions. This was followed by an onsite interview, and finally, an offer was extended. They asked about basic HTML, JS, and React JS.
- Could you find the missing number in the sequence 2, 6, 12, 20, ?, 42?
- Given that A is B’s brother, B is C’s father, and D is C’s mother, how is A related to D?
- If it takes 3 people 6 days to complete a task, how many days will it take for 6 people?
Senior Hardware Engineer
The interview process was a friendly environment, with the company offering sales intelligence, lead generation, data-driven marketing, and location-based prospecting. They aim to streamline outbound engagements, align marketing and sales, and provide hands-on information. The company is growing globally and becoming a successful Demand Generation Company, focusing on lead generation, appointment generation, and Analytics as a Service (AaaS). Their priorities support becoming a research-driven, global, integrated Demand Generation company.
- Tell me about lead generation.
- Can you explain appointment generation?
- What is your experience with Analytics as a Service (AaaS)?
Software Engineer
The interviewer asks questions and the interviewee answers them, usually by giving info. That info can be used or given to others right away or later. This is common in interviews. For example, in a job interview or talking to a witness, there might not be anyone else there, but the answers will be given to others later in the hiring or investigation process. An interview can also go both ways, with info transferred back and forth.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- What makes you want to work here?
- Tell me about your academic background.
Production Assistant
Applications are accepted from the start of the year until April 15th, but they interview and hire as they receive them. I applied in early March and interviewed at the end of the month. A couple weeks later, I asked about my application status since I had another offer. They said they were still reviewing candidates. On April 27th, I was told I wouldn't get the job. I ended up taking another position with the company and later learned the only reason I didn't get the job was because I couldn't work through the end of August due to school. This was frustrating because, with such a late offer, I had to quit a job I'd already accepted and find a place to live near Highland Park for the summer on short notice.
