Software Developer
So, first there was like a screening interview, which is usually like the first time we connect, over the phone to see if you're even qualified. Then the first interview, which is a one-on-one, you know, to check out your skills and background. This could be online, in person, or on the phone. After that, a second interview to narrow down who's really in the running. This might be more chats with the same person or a whole day with different people from the team. The whole thing usually breaks down into intros, general Q&A, questions about the actual job, and then wrapping up.
- Are you a recent graduate or do you have prior work experience?
