The interview process was bad. They seemed uninterested in student skills or if they were even eligible. There were long waits, and the questions weren't asked clearly. Sometimes the interviewers didn't seem to care about what students had experienced.

So I did some prep work, like digging into Qualcomm's stuff and practicing some tech questions, and then I had a phone screen. It was mostly about my resume and some behavioral stuff. After that, there were a few technical interviews where they grilled me on wireless comms, C/C++ coding, and just general problem-solving. I made sure to explain my thinking. Then came the behavioral rounds, talking about teamwork, dealing with tough situations, and picking up new tech, I used examples from my work. The HR round was about salary, benefits, and what the job actually entails, and I made sure to sound excited about it. Finally, I asked for feedback, sent a thank you note, and followed up, staying professional the whole time.
