I had an initial phone screen that went pretty well. Then, they asked for my availability for a video call with the hiring manager. Scheduling was a bit of a hassle; I got an email with short notice for a time that didn't work, and after some back and forth, we finally set it up for later that day. The video call itself was disappointing. The interviewer wasn't the hiring manager, seemed completely uninterested, kept looking at his phone, and hadn't even reviewed my resume. He was also rude, interrupting me and criticizing my answers before I could finish. I almost ended the interview a couple of times due to his attitude. After the call, I decided to withdraw my application and let HR know, as I didn't want to work for a company that treats candidates this way.

Behavioral Technical

I was referred by an employee and got an email the same day for a phone interview, then they asked me to meet in person. I met with two senior HR folks. They asked regular questions. It's a relaxed style where they ask about your past roles. They don't ask weird questions or push too hard on why you left past jobs. It seemed like they care about intent and past behaviors, but reasonably, without making assumptions. They asked questions about clients, the company, staffing needs, challenges, and opportunities.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process was fast and simple. I submitted my application via the Rauxa website, and they got back to me the next week for a phone screening. The day after that, I was told I'd be meeting with 2-3 supervisors in person the following week. About a week after that, I got the offer and was ready to start. Everyone I met was easy to talk to and seemed good at what they do. They asked about my knowledge of the role and how I'd fit with the team and culture. Nothing unusual or unexpected came up. It was a pretty relaxed experience.

Behavioral Technical Other

This interview process was pretty straightforward compared to others I was doing. It was just one interview with the main people I'd be working with, and I got an offer about a week later. It took another week or two to start. I found the role through a hiring agency, so they probably helped vouch for me and explain my background before the interview.
