Sales
The interview process was pretty long and not very clear about the exact role and what they were looking for. Started with the recruiters, then moved on to management and leadership. They did give feedback after, which was nice. It helped me figure out my next career move.
- Can you explain the concentric care platform (Rauland product) and identify its competitors?
Product Engineer
First, there was a screening interview where the recruiter asked some basic questions. Then, a technical interview with the technical manager focused on questions about past projects. Finally, there was a management interview which included HR-level questions.
- Can you discuss the projects you completed at your former employer?
- What were some of the projects you completed at your last company?
- Could you describe some projects from your previous role?
Senior Consultant
First, I had a phone screen with a recruiter, where we talked about my experience and the job functions. Then, I had a Zoom meeting with a product manager to discuss the product portfolio and how I'd handle similar situations. After that, I had a Zoom meeting with the hiring manager. Finally, there was a group panel over Zoom with my potential peer group.
- Can you share your experience presenting to medical professionals like doctors and nurses?
Contract Administrator
I was first contacted by Rauland on LinkedIn to set up a phone screen. I wasn't sure if the role was a good fit from the initial info, but I gave them my number anyway. Three weeks later, after no response to calls or emails, I saw the job posting again and sent my resume. A few days after that, I got another call to schedule the phone screen, which happened a few days later. They asked basic questions about my experience, what I'm looking for, and gave me an overview of the role and company. They mentioned in-person interviews would be scheduled the following week. Two weeks went by before I got an invite to meet the management team. The office was shabby and needed updating. One interviewer wouldn't shake my hand because they were 'sick,' and we were in a small conference room. Another was condescending, but I answered their questions as best I could. It seemed they wanted very specific experience, some of which I don't have. I didn't feel the company or management was a good fit for me, and the feeling was mutual. I got a generic rejection email less than five miles away, which I found rude. I think companies should wait at least 24 hours after an interview to send a rejection. They should consider this feedback for the future.
- What have you learned about this role and our company?
- What's your approach to prioritizing tasks?
- Tell me about a time you faced pushback on a contract clause.
