First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at RATP.
MRF
I had to complete an online test sent by email, followed by a personality questionnaire also sent via email. Then, there was an individual workshop with a trainer. If that went well, I had an interview with HR, and if that was successful, an appointment with occupational health.
- Why did you choose RATP?
Project Director
I first had a recruiter call after completing an online personality test. It was a pleasant interview, no tricky questions. Then, I met with the person who was leaving the position, which also went very well. The final interview was with the hiring director. Three interviews in total, and I never received any feedback, positive or negative, despite following up.
- What are the values of the RATP group?
- As a manager of a 15-person team, what management rituals have you implemented?
Agent d'accueil
I applied online and a week later, I was gathered with other applicants. We saw some slides and then we were given a questionnaire related to the slides. After that, we presented ourselves in front of the whole group, and then we received our assignments based on what was best for us in terms of schedule and location.
- What would you do with a suspicious package?
Agent
You apply for a job opening. If your application is selected, you'll take a series of psychometric tests. Then, you'll have an interview. After that, you'll be called for a pre-employment medical examination. You'll then integrate into the teams and start your role. Finally, you'll sign your employment contract.
