A third-party recruiter found me on LinkedIn and we worked together for about two weeks before I was shortlisted. The company paid for my travel and car service for the interview. I met with the VP of HR, the department director, and someone who has the same job I was applying for. The interview lasted about 3-4 hours and felt pretty relaxed and conversational. They asked a lot of situational questions and some client role-playing. There were also some tests on using Excel, computer communications, electrical knowledge, and reading schematics. Since the interview ran long, I emailed the tests back later. I got the offer about a week after.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I cannot stress how unprofessional their corporate interviewers are. Except the VP in HR who was really nice. They were so desperate to hire, they just brought in people who have irrelevant experience and made them think it was possible. They were late for all three occasions, including phone interviews and in-person interviews. One of their interviewers had the audacity to say other people are unprofessional when she dressed unprofessionally and arrived late. Again, it wouldn't be horrible in each situation, but it is horrible if you are a double-standard hypocrite. Don't expect them to show you around as you would expect if they bring you in for an onsite interview. In fact, there seemed like nothing was following a standard interviewing procedure at all. They weren't there when I arrived. They just sat down without self-introduction and started to ask questions. Gosh, one of the interviewers was rude! She was the rudest and entitled person I have ever met in a professional capacity. I suggest you change your onsite test for writing. There is nothing to test if you are giving out a specific agenda. It would be much more efficient to give out a spreadsheet than writing it into an email. That doesn't test people skills nor writing skills.

It was a standard panel interview with HR and a manager. It seemed to go well, but then I was ghosted after the interview with no follow-up, even after emailing my contact. Clearly, they don't respect applicants. This shows how you would be treated if hired.

I had an online interview via MS Teams with a department head, one-on-one. The person was nice, talked a bit about themselves, and gave some info about the position.
