Manager
It was a good process with 4 rounds total. They asked about how I manage multiple small teams and conflict resolution among teams and members. Overall a really nice experience, I'd rate it 8/10.

PHP Laravel Developer
There were two stages. The first interview was a discussion and a presentation of my CV. The second was purely focused on technical skills and leadership skills. We talked about Laravel tools, architectures, methods, and principles.

The interviewer was nice and seemed interested. They asked me about my scientific work, how many publications I have, and my work experience. They also threw in some unexpected questions about my hobbies. It was a pleasant conversation. The interview was 20 minutes long.

Audit Manager
The interview process usually kicks off with a review of your resume and a quick chat via phone or video to see if you're a good match. If that goes well, you'll move on to in-person or panel interviews, along with some skills tests and checks with your references.
