Unlucky. If only there's an existing policy to rate them, I guess it'll be revealed how unfairly the interviewer conducted the interview. Many interviewers make up their minds within the first 3 to 5 minutes. A rating system would reveal how often they stop listening to your actual answers and start looking for reasons to justify a "no" they decided on before you even finished your answers.
- Can you tell me a little about yourself?
ESL Teacher
You need to book your interview slot, and I managed to get one at 5 PM. They'll reach out on Viber to confirm you'll attend and to help you get started as a tutor. The interviewer was very professional. After the interview, I got an email saying congrats and then had to send in my tutor profile requirements.
- Do you have previous ESL or teaching experience?
- If there's a disturbance in the background while you're teaching, and the student can still hear it, what steps would you take?
- Tell me about your hobbies.

The assessment process is commendable as their system is very direct to the point and easy to follow. After assessment, they will schedule you for interview. They have a note that you should be on time but their hiring manager doesn’t inform you that she will be two hrs late due to unforeseen circumstances. Their employees should adhere to the same values their company offers
- They tried to know your communication skills by simply asking simple questions

As soon as I entered the interview chatroom, I was greeted by a soft-spoken and well-mannered HR personnel. Her calm and composed demeanor made me feel comfortable and less anxious. Before starting the interview, she took a moment to check if I was feeling okay and if I needed anything. Her thoughtful gesture helped me relax and focus on answering the questions. During the interview, she asked me relevant questions in a clear and concise manner. Overall, my experience with her was professional and pleasant.
- How would you handle a situation where a student selects a topic that is not suitable for them to discuss?
