First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at RapidScale.
Account Executive
The interview process began with two recruiter-led conversations. These chats were all about reviewing my resume, talking about my professional experience, and digging into my background in business development. Next up is a chat with the hiring manager.
- Regarding your existing clients, who are they and how many do you estimate would be willing to transfer to RapidScale?
Service Delivery Manager
I spoke with the recruiter, the hiring manager, some team members, and the VP. The hiring manager decides if I move on to the case study and spreadsheet exercise. The questions were difficult. Everyone was open about their work experiences.
- What motivates your interest in this position?
Management Trainee
The interview was quite interesting. First, I had to pick a topic for an oral presentation. Then, I explained a technical algorithm to the interviewer. Finally, there was a personal interview with some questions.
- Tell me about yourself.
- What technologies have you studied?
- What is your career goal?
Cloud Implementation Engineer
First, I talked to a technical recruiter, and it was more technical than I thought it would be. Then, I had a more technical interview with the manager and the team. The recruiter was really responsive and involved the whole way through, making it a good experience even though I didn't get an offer.
- Can you list the 5 or 7 FSMO Roles?
- What are BC/DR RPO and RTO?
- How would you make a PB&J sandwich?
