The interview process felt like it was focused on assessing cultural fit, which was a nice touch and made me feel at ease. The team was very welcoming and kind. I appreciated that I was given all the information needed to make a decision during the interview.

Behavioral Technical

It was a really chill and straightforward interview process. They seemed really interested in knowing about my cycling knowledge and how I interact with the brand. You could tell they were looking for someone who's versatile and willing to jump into different roles. The team seemed super nice, and it felt like it could be a great place to work.

Behavioral Technical Case

The process had three steps: first, a chat with a recruiter. Second, a virtual meeting with the hiring manager and a senior analyst, where we talked about my background and they gave me an excel task to do, which took about 30 mins to prep for and then we discussed it. Third, they did a blind CV interview with two people from the wider finance team who hadn't seen my info beforehand. All the meetings felt really professional and friendly. They got back to me pretty fast after the first two meetings and scheduled the next steps quickly. The only downside was the wait time after the third meeting to hear back about their decision, felt like that took longer than necessary.

Behavioral

It took a while to get an interview invitation, like months from when I applied. After the interview, I waited two weeks to hear back. The interview itself wasn't too tough but was pretty all over the place. I felt like they weren't very good at interviewing and I had to ask a lot of the basic stuff myself. The whole thing felt kind of lacking.
