Case Presentation Behavioral

The interview process was really disappointing. The case study they gave me was badly written and unclear, so I had to guess a lot. It felt disrespectful because the interviewers, including the Marketing VP and the APAC Sales director, were looking at their phones during my presentation. After that, there was basically no communication, even when I followed up. I emailed the APAC HR person two weeks after the presentation and heard nothing back. It just felt like they didn't respect my time or the effort I put in. This was after 3 rounds of interviews. I'd tell other people to think carefully before applying.

Behavioral Technical Other

It was a really long and confusing interview process with way too many interviews, and a lot of them were with people who didn't even matter. The leadership seems totally disconnected, which made for a really bad candidate experience. Most of the questions felt super personal and would probably be illegal in a lot of places.

Behavioral Technical

Started with a tour of the place from the hiring manager to see how things work. Then I talked with the hiring manager, a product manager, and some people who would be my teammates. They asked about my past, my experience, and how I approach problems. It was a mix of technical and behavioral questions, focusing on teamwork and being able to adjust. It felt pretty organized and gave me a good idea of the company and what they're looking for.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process was too slow and involved too many interviews and phone calls. There was a significant gap between the initial call, the in-person interview, and the final offer. I was not informed beforehand about the requirement for blood and drug tests. During the first call, I had to initiate contact with the interviewer because they didn't know how to call me in Mexico.
