First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at RangeWater Real Estate.
Administrative
The interview process was smooth and easy, though the timeline was a bit long, it all worked out in the end! Everyone on the team was really nice. I spoke with about four different people, including some peers, my potential direct supervisor, and the department leader.
- Could you describe what a typical day in this position entails?
Leasing Consultant
The interview was virtual and they did a good job explaining everything. They asked some really good, thought-provoking questions that helped me share more about myself. I would definitely consider interviewing with them again.
- What's something unique about you that doesn't appear on your resume?
Community Manager
You apply online and do a video interview. If they like you, they'll call you to set up an in-person or virtual chat, usually with a few people from the team. It's about half an hour.
- Could you detail your relevant past experiences?
- Describe your approach to conflict resolution.
- For those changing careers, what prompted your interest in this field?
Assistant Project Manager
I applied and then the recruiter reached out for a general screening. After that, I met with the hiring manager. The people I talked to were nice and seemed excited about the job. They seemed to try to get to know me beyond the typical stuff. But, a bummer is that I've followed up twice since the interview about two weeks ago and haven't heard back. The job posting is gone now anyway.
- Can you tell me about your relevant experience for this role?
