Power BI Developer
Rang Technologies' interview process was really great and organized. They were clear with me all the way through, from the first call to the last interviews. The HR team did a good job of telling me what was happening and what to expect, like details about the job and the company vibe. The people interviewing me knew their stuff and were professional, which made it easy to talk about my skills. They asked good questions that let me show what I can do. It felt like they wanted me to learn about them too, and they gave me plenty of chances to ask my own questions about the company and the team. Overall, I liked how open and professional they were, and how they treated candidates. It was one of the best interviews I've had, and it shows they care about doing things well and making sure employees are happy.
- Tell me about your Power BI experience and any projects you've completed.
- What data sources have you used with Power BI?

SAS Clinical Programmer
I applied through an employee referral and the whole process took about 4 weeks. I had interviews with 3 people in total. It started with HR, then I spoke with the technical manager. They asked me some HR questions and then went deep into technical questions. I didn't get immediate feedback, but they called me 3 days later with an offer.
- Can you share details about your past experience?
- What are you familiar with and what have you encountered in your previous roles?
- Can you elaborate on your technical proficiencies?
Technical Recruiter
Rang Technologies visited our campus for recruitment. Initially, the process had three stages: Aptitude, GD, and PI. However, due to a lower number of students appearing, the GD round was skipped, leaving only the Aptitude Test and Personal Interview as the two main rounds.
- Could you share some of your hobbies?
- Tell me something about your family.
- What makes you choose a non-technical role?
