Engineer
The interview process is both online and offline, and you need to choose based on your experience, qualifications, skills, and knowledge. It's best to understand the core concepts of your skills and be optimized in those areas.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
HR Trainee
The interview followed the usual steps, covering your resume and anything else about you not on there. The interviewers were really nice to everyone. They seemed to ask and judge fairly.
- Are you able to answer mathematical and logical questions?
Project Trainee
The initial stage involved gathering basic information about academic subjects and areas of expertise. This was followed by rounds with HR and technical personnel. The core of the role's model development utilized Catia-V5, with subsequent analysis performed in ANSYS 19.2 under varied frequencies and loads. Following this analysis, jigs and fixtures for work holding were designed, informed by the analysis data.
- Could you describe the fundamental categories of mechanisms?
Graduate Engineering Trainee
The interview process had 4 rounds. First was an aptitude test covering both technical and verbal skills, with more emphasis on verbal than quant questions, and the technical questions were of medium difficulty. This was followed by a group discussion, which was pretty standard. Then came a technical interview, and finally an HR interview. Each interview usually lasts at least half an hour, but it's a good experience, you won't even notice the time flying by.
- Can you tell me about your academic projects?
