Behavioral Other

The interview process involved two main parts. First, an informative interview, which could be with a sex therapist, educator, or researcher, discussing human sexuality. This part covers topics like sexual health, communication, and different sexual practices. You could ask them about their work, what they find people are most interested in learning, or any resources they recommend. Second, an entertainment interview, potentially with celebrities or public figures, talking about their experiences with sex or their roles in sex-positive media. These interviews are generally lighter and focus more on entertainment.

Behavioral Other

The interview process felt quite outdated, especially regarding management and growth strategies. They seemed stuck on past successes and blamed others for issues. The job and expectations weren't clearly explained. It seemed like employees were either there a long time or let go quickly for not fitting the 'culture.' After attending in person, I regret the time spent interviewing because I felt insulted multiple times. I'd advise against taking a job here until their HR and management improve.

I went through a temp agency and had one phone interview, one in person interview, and then trained for 3 days. They're looking for people with tough skin who can handle cold calling and inbound calls, people who are money motivated, respectful, and resourceful.

The interview process involved a series of team interviews with company leaders in management, including both panel and individual sessions at the company HQ in Everett, WA. Initially, there were two phone interviews, one with HR and another with the president. Candidates who advanced moved on to in-person interviews, which were a 1-2 hour phone interview followed by 4-5 hour in-person interviews.
