Delivery Manager
It was okay, they let me speak in the language I wanted and explained everything. They made the point of contact with the other company. After the company interview, they do a follow-up the first month, and then you will never know about them.
- Can you tell me about your experience?
Manager
A recruiter from this company reached out to me for a position. I had a phone conversation with the recruiter and then got more questions from the hiring manager via email. After that, I went for an interview with the hiring manager. The recruiter was initially enthusiastic and followed up after the interview, but then there was no follow-up or feedback on the interview results. It seemed like they are only nice to potential candidates but don't care to close the loop if you're rejected.

Creative Manager
Randstad handled the recruitment for this position, and it was a complete mess with very few professionals. They repeatedly confirmed the company's benefits (many and interesting). When I asked if they should be in the offer letter, they said no, that the letter only contained the contract type and little else. Upon signing, surprise! It turned out they had 'copy-pasted' from another company, and those benefits were not applicable. In fact, the current company offered none. I discovered this on the day of signing, when I could no longer negotiate and had already turned down another offer. Additionally, the person who contacted me over the 2 months of the process (she was very human and nice, but highly unprofessional) mistakenly sent me another person's financial offer, including their name, position, company, and salary. This was a clear privacy violation. They are not trustworthy, detailed, or responsible. Randstad may have a big name, but they have little expertise and quality control in their processes and employees (the errors were made by my contact and her boss).
