Administrative Assistant
I quickly got a message on WhatsApp with some confirmation questions. Then, an intake was scheduled for the next day, and I had an interview with the employer within a few days. A great recruiter, which more agencies/employers should do, using WhatsApp/email instead of calling. I have little to no time to call during office hours, and my phone is on silent, so I really have to plan calls in advance. Employers often don't leave a message/email/voicemail when they call. Messages with some standard questions to schedule an intake in between are much easier. This was nice.

Senior Executive Assistant
The interview was terrible. Not only did the interviewer arrive 15 minutes late for the first interview (call), but it was also too noticeable that while conducting the interview she was reading a document for the position she was applying for.
- What was your previous work experience?
Executive Assistant
First, a phone call to see if we're a good fit for the role they're looking for. Then, an in-person interview with logical and French tests. After that, send the CV to the company, and if everything goes well, the mission begins.
