Customer Service Representative
There were basic screening questions, but the company never responded about the next steps. When I called back, an offshore voicemail answered. It felt a bit suspicious. They might offer a salary much lower than the market rate to test if you know the current rates, and then increase their budget later.

Customer Care Representative
The interview process was pretty simple; I was given some questions to answer and record to submit. It took a while to get feedback and hear about the outcome because the interviews were scheduled right before the Christmas break. You get up to 4 tries to answer the questions, which was helpful. The only downside was that the recruiter didn't provide much specific detail about the job itself.

Customer Service Representative
They were super helpful and gave me good advice on how to do well in the interview for the company I was applying to. Everyone was really nice and they wanted to get the most out of the interview, so they kept things positive and not too stressful to see how I'd really do. Being a customer service rep means you'll deal with tough situations, and the company should know that, but that's not on Randstad.
- Could you describe how to take apart and then reassemble this pen using only words?
