It was a good interview. The recruiter did a good job of setting expectations, and the employees I interacted with were all very kind throughout the process. I would recommend this company even though I didn't end up getting an offer. The questions were straightforward project management related, and the entire process was conducted remotely.

So the interview for this HR assistant gig is pretty detailed. First, they look at your application. Then, there's a phone or video chat to see if you're qualified and interested. If you pass that, you'll have a deeper interview focusing on behavior and skills, checking how you handle recruitment tasks, communicate, and solve problems. Sometimes, you might get a practical test for things like finding candidates, posting jobs, and setting up interviews. The last chat is all about seeing if you'll fit with the team and help with hiring. If you do well, you'll get an offer and can discuss pay and benefits, since it's temp-to-perm. They want to make sure you've got the right skills and can get along with everyone in a busy, team-oriented place.

So basically, I had this project for a client who had a website for services related to the FFIFA video game. They needed a virtual football field to display some info about team players. This field had to handle different formations like 4-3-3 or 4-3-2-1. What I did was use an image of a football field as the background and then created a map for all the different formations, specifying the position of each player using CSS. So, in the end, you got this football field where you could see player info, and you could change the team formation using a controller in the left side menu, which would instantly update the player positions.

First, there was an HR screening over the phone for about 10 minutes. They asked about my current salary, notice period, and expectations. Then, a 45-minute technical interview via video call with a Senior System Admin and a Team Lead. We talked about Active Directory (Group Policies, OU structuring), Windows Server (Roles & Features), DNS/DHCP troubleshooting, compared Hyper-V and VMware, and I had to write a PowerShell script to get disk space from remote servers. They also asked a scenario-based question about restoring business continuity if the domain controller fails.
