So after a phone prescreening, they had me in for a panel interview. Then, after the interview, I got a tour of the campus and HR, and I got to chat with some other employees there.

Got contacted a few weeks after applying. First was a quick phone call, then about nine days later I had an in person panel interview. The panel was made up of the people I'd work with, like other secretaries and colleagues. Five people were there for my interview.

First you need to get a form from HR. You have to complete tax and other legal paperwork before you can work on campus. You'll need your Social Security number. HR gives you a form to take to a supervisor for your job and to get an interview. The interview was pretty casual and quick. The supervisor will tell you right away if you got the job.
