The interview process was a bit lengthy but really well done. I enjoyed meeting the team and getting a true insight into the culture and values of RB Inn. The interview process was fun and interactive. I loved the transparency and the team being so honest and up front. The Gm seems to meet with everyone to ensure you are the right fit which is very unique. All about genuine hospitality.

I arrived at the hotel and after a short wait, I was introduced to the Director of Front Office, the Guest Services Manager, and the Director of Rooms. The interview lasted about an hour. I received a phone call the next day to come back and meet with the General Manager. The second interview lasted 20 minutes. I received a phone call with a job offer a week later.

Applied online, then got a call from the Associate Director for an in-person interview. I met with the AD and another manager. They gave me a job offer soon after. The whole thing took less than two weeks.

Applied on the company website and heard back in about a week. First, had an initial phone interview, and then the next week, I had an onsite interview with the two senior leaders in facilities/engineering. The facilities team there is amazing.
