MSR I
the interview process was quite straight forward, the head of people resource management department , and the business development manager were the main interviewers. It took less than three days for them to give a feedback and update about the interview outcome

Software Engineer Trainee
It was based on recommendation by higher authorities. The Manager just asked questions about what subjects I have studied during my masters and then agreed to give project work. The work they gave was not related to my training requirements and so I had to quit and join other company after one month.

GrowIndia agency called me on Dec 2nd about a recruitment process for Ranbaxy. I agreed and attended the interview. The interviewers were awesome and nice. They asked about my education and previous work experience, and checked my communication skills. They asked if I would get frustrated in marketing given my qualifications, and I honestly replied that I'd be even more frustrated if I didn't get a job. They seemed to like my honesty.
