First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Ramsay Health Care.
Coordinator
I had a really positive interview experience with Intalo Group. The panel made me feel genuinely welcome and at ease from the start. The questions were thoughtful, well-structured, and gave me a good opportunity to reflect on my experience and approach. It felt like a fair and professional process, with a clear interest in both capability and fit. I appreciated the respectful and engaging atmosphere throughout.
- Can you describe your previous work experiences?
Senior Tax Manager
It was a two-stage interview. The first stage was with the Tax and Legal teams, and the second stage was with Senior Finance leadership. The first stage covered a mix of technical topics across direct and indirect taxes, and also assessed leadership skills, management style, and the ability to interact with senior non-tax stakeholders. The second stage focused more on how well you engage with people and if you're a good fit for the team.
- Can you describe how you would handle the divestment of an overseas business within a given group structure?
Consultant
The process starts with reviewing your application and then shortlisting candidates. After that, there's an initial HR chat, followed by technical or case study assessments. Then, you'll have panel interviews and a check on whether you're a cultural fit. The final stage involves discussions with management, getting feedback, negotiating terms, and then a decision on the job offer, making sure it's a good fit for both sides.
- Can you describe your approach to consulting others?
Registered Nurse
It was a quick panel interview. Two interviewers, who were CNEs in anesthetics and scrub/scout, asked about 4-5 questions. The interviewers were really nice. They mentioned the result would be out in a week, but there was a bit of a delay in the hiring process.
- In the event of a blood transfusion reaction, what actions would you take?
- How would you handle a situation where a doctor requests you to perform a procedure you are unfamiliar with?
- Can you provide an example of your teamwork?
