First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Ramp.
Sales Representative
It was long and pretty extensive, but expected. There were a few screening calls, then an initial interview, followed by a mock sales call. I felt good about all the interviews. In the end, I didn't get offered the job, but I didn't receive any feedback.
- Can you tell me why you are interested in Ramp?
- What led you to pursue a career in tech sales?
Outside Sales Representative
The interview process was pretty straightforward and everyone was super nice and gave good feedback. The second part involved a presentation where I had to present my response to an email outreach task and also a cold call task. Then there was a final interview where I had to explain my response to the feedback I got and talk about my future goals in the company.
- What makes you want to work in Sales and specifically at Ramp?
- Tell me about your approach to email outreach.
- Demonstrate your cold calling strategy.
Sales
Had a VI-3 with 3 general questions. Each question was only 1 minute long, so I tried to prepare and make my answers specific. Still waiting to hear back from HR via email.
- Why are you interested in this role?
- Why are you interested in Ramp?
- Why are you interested in sales?
