The interview was pretty straightforward and moved along quickly. It started with a recruiter screen and then a hiring manager screen. Next, there was a group presentation where I had to talk about my experience and leadership style. After that, I had 3 more interviews with the hiring manager and other business leaders. The recruiting team was really good at communicating and let me know exactly what to expect. The hiring team seemed prepared and really engaged in each conversation.

Recruiter reached out to me about this opportunity. Researched the company and thought it was a great place to work for. It was one of my top choices, but things had changed. Started off great and slowly went downhill. 1 phone interview + 4 zoom interviews on different days. During my last few rounds of Ramp interviews, I let the recruiter know that I was in the final stages of interviewing at other companies. She said she would speed up the process and reassured me that the 5th round was the final round and that I would expect to hear back within 2 days if I got the job or not. I followed up 3 days later and she told me completely the opposite - that I would not expect to hear back for another 1-2 weeks because they still had to interview with other candidates in the pipeline. It's been a month and I still have yet to hear back. The presentation prompt was pretty heavy, I spent probably 6+ hours building my deck + creating the content. The written prompt was unnecessary since they could've asked me during those zoom interview, instead of typing out an essay like I was submitting an assignment to a college professor. It felt like they were just trying to steal your ideas so they can implement them into their process. Wasted my time and absolutely left a sour taste in my mouth.

I got contacted on LinkedIn and thought the job sounded cool. I missed my first interview because something came up, and I thought that was it, but the recruiter was super understanding and worked to reschedule. Even though I offered to do it sooner, the only time they had was way later. Then, on the interview day, they emailed me last minute saying the job went to someone internal, and I heard nothing about it beforehand. The recruiter was nice about rescheduling, but the whole thing was annoying because of the communication.
