So there were 5 interviews in total. The first one was a virtual recording where I had to answer 3 questions: why sales, why ramp. The second was a recruiter screening interview, asking about why sales, why ramp, and my career. Then there was a hiring manager interview with behavioral questions, followed by a presentation, and finally an interview with an account executive.

The interview process started with a recording of yourself answering three questions: Why Ramp, Why You, and Why Sales. The next round was with the recruiter to discuss the role and your fit, covering quota attainment and salary. Then, there was a round with two sales managers where they asked about your background and used scenario-based questions like overcoming difficulties and what your 'IT factor' is for booking meetings. The final round was a business case involving a cold email and a mock cold call. They reviewed your initial email, gave you 5 minutes to revise it on a blank slide, and then you presented the new email. The mock cold call assessed how you handle rejections and secure a meeting, with specific objections like competitor mentions or existing satisfaction. They allowed a second attempt at the call after feedback, and this round felt more intense than the previous ones.
