Behavioral Case Presentation

The interview process involved a recruiter call, then a chat with the hiring manager. After that, I had to complete a take-home case study, which I then presented. The final stage was a meeting with product and cross-functional teams. I did notice a lack of diversity in the final round interviewers, and some didn't seem very engaged, like they were bored and yawning. Also, lots of aggressive typing which was pretty distracting. Some interviewers weren't great at interviewing and asked questions not relevant to the role.

Behavioral Technical Coding Case Presentation

The interview process started with a phone screening by HR. They were really good about communicating next steps and even scheduled a call to let me know the decision before the final round, which was great because sometimes companies just ghost you if you don't get the job. Then, I had an interview with the hiring manager, followed by one with the head of product where I got an on-the-spot case. After that, there was an interview with the engineering team to check my SQL skills. The last step was with the hiring manager and another employee for a full case study, for which I was given several days to prepare. Overall, it was a really positive interview experience – it moved quickly, they set clear expectations from the start, and I got a good feel for the company and its environment through the process.

Case Presentation

I had an initial screening call that seemed to go okay, though the recruiter felt pretty intense and a bit confrontational. After that, I had a case study interview with someone on the team, which was just alright. The interviewer was nice but seemed really fixated on getting a specific answer for what felt like a very open-ended case study. I didn't move forward, and it definitely felt like an intense company culture.
