Implementation Manager
It was an AI interview with 3 questions, and I had 2 minutes for each. You could retry each question once. It was fine for screening, but I found it difficult to stay focused because I was just staring at myself on camera the whole time.

Implementation Manager
The interview process felt pretty standard: a recruiter screen, then an interview with the hiring manager, followed by a presentation or case study, and finally, interviews with leadership. I actually enjoyed the process and the conversations, and felt like I was a good fit. Unfortunately, after the final stage, I was told they weren't moving forward. I asked for feedback, but they couldn't give me specifics, just that they had a 'very talented pool of candidates.' I'd usually get that, but this was after more than 5 interviews and a case study, not just after a couple of initial chats. So, it would've been nice to know what made those other candidates stand out compared to what I offered. It seems like a cool, fast-paced company with great benefits and a motivated team, though.
- Can you tell me why you're interested in Ramp?
Support Manager
The recruiter was communicative, helpful, and transparent. She provided a holistic understanding of the interview process and the role. The hiring manager was also very welcoming and helped me understand the job expectations.
- Could you devise a model to optimize staffing for the technical support team?
