It was a very friendly and casual virtual meeting. It was a traditional interview style, but not stuffy or nerve-wracking. I had to send some examples of my work. They offered a second interview within a day or so, which was the same style as the first but even quicker. I received an e-mail less than a week later to hop on for a quick call, where I was offered the position.

It was a really great and easy process. First, there was about a 20-minute phone screening. After that, the hiring manager emailed me and we set up an interview at a coffee shop. The interview itself was an hour long and had some questions, but mostly it was about building a connection. You really need to be able to connect and be social because the job involves quickly building rapport and getting along with people.

Got an email from a recruiter with so many typos, I doubted it was legit. Scheduled a phone interview anyway. The recruiter didn't call back as soon as they said they would. Had a brief phone chat with a regional manager who then set up a face-to-face interview. Was told I'd hear back the next day, but it's been 5 weeks and still nothing. I assume they didn't like me, but it would be more professional to just let me know. I've sent emails and left voicemails. 'Been very busy - I'll get back to you next week.' Seriously? Just say no - it's way more professional than leaving people hanging. Unprofessional company when the regional manager can't get back to you.

So I applied for a registered nurse job, and it was a really bad experience, super unprofessional. It started with an online interview where I had to answer some questions and upload documents. After that, they scheduled a video interview with me on Microsoft Teams. We confirmed a time and everything, but then on the day of the interview, nobody showed up. They didn't let me know about any changes, and when I waited for 20 minutes, I tried reaching out twice to see if there was a problem, but they never responded or apologized.
