First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Ramesh & Co..
Software Engineer
So first there was this online test, kinda like aptitude and logical reasoning stuff. After I passed that, I had a technical interview. We talked about computer fundamentals, OOPS, DBMS, and basic programming. They also asked about my projects and how I solve problems. It was a pretty chill and interactive chat.

First, you send in your resume and application. HR or a recruiter looks at it and picks people. They might call you for a quick chat about the job, what you want for pay, and when you can start. Some places give you an online coding test or a take-home project to check how you solve problems and know your stuff. Then, you'll talk to HR on the phone or video. They'll ask about your past, what you want to do, your salary hopes, and if you'll fit in. After that, there are technical interviews with engineers or managers. You might do coding problems, system design, and database questions. They might also ask about your projects and how you solve things. Then, the hiring manager or a senior person will interview you. This is more about leading, making choices, and dealing with tough situations, maybe with some scenario questions. Finally, you might have one last chat with HR or a top boss about your future plans and what you expect from the company. If they like you, they'll offer you the job, and you can then talk about the pay and other stuff before saying yes.
