Director
This was a crap process. Went through the interview and didn't get selected even though I was the best candidate and highly qualified. Not surprised at the reviews, since the person they did hire got fired, and the second person they brought on to replace the first one quit. This place can't seem to keep staff, and it shows why they keep reposting the same job over and over again.
- Basic questions like, could you tell us about yourself and some other stuff?
Teacher Assistant
I talked to the head administrator about my past experience and why I want to work at the school. Then, I had to come back and teach a class as a model lesson with the principal watching. After that, I met with the administration again to talk about the lesson.

Teacher
The interview went pretty well. They wanted to know all about my teaching experience. We talked about my resume and my teaching philosophy. The school is really focused on kids, so they're looking for teachers who share that. You also have to be in a master's program. The people interviewing me were nice and easy to talk to.
- Can you tell me about your weaknesses?
Head Teacher
The interview process was quick and painless. They were very kind when I came in and had great communication the whole time. They were fast to extend an offer a few days after the last interview.
- Can you describe your background and experience in teaching?
