Had a phone interview, but it felt very scripted and like they were just going through the motions. It went okay, and then I was called back for a Zoom interview. During the first round, I felt like they were rushing. The second interview went well, but I got the sense a hiring decision had already been made. There were other signs this was the case. I found out later that someone internally got the job.
