It was a casual interview. They seem to be looking for friendly and responsible employees. The work environment is mostly teenagers/early twenties. I decided to work elsewhere but have heard mixed reviews from friends. It probably depends on the manager.

I first chatted with the store owner on the phone. They were super nice and wanted to know more about me as a person and my work ethic. It was a quick phone screen, and then I had an in-person interview. After they offered me the job, I had three training shifts where they showed me how to make all the sundaes, shakes, and smoothies, and also where everything was in the store.
