First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at RALLY.
Account Executive
The interview process had three rounds. First, I met with a general hiring manager. Then, I met with two different sets of team leads. In each round, they asked me detailed questions about how my past experience would make me a good fit for the role and to assess my familiarity with the tools needed for the position.
- Tell me about an issue that is important to you.
Fellowship
Overall it was a very nice experience. They were friendly and clear with me about the position. It's a remote role but requires coming into the office two days a week. There's a monthly stipend for 4 months, with the possibility of a full-time offer afterwards.
- What makes you want to work at this company?
Summer Fellow
The process to get an interview was a bit disconcerting, with multiple screenings and written assignments. But the interview itself was fine, there were about 3-4 people on the call doing the interviewing.
- Can you start by telling us about yourself?
- Describe a situation where you led by example.
- How do you manage multiple inputs from different people to produce a single, clear output?
Account Director
I had an initial phone call with the recruiter, which was a nice chat. After that, the recruiter asked me to email some of my work samples. I never got a response after sending them.
- Can you tell me a bit about yourself?
- What brought you to learn about Rally?
- Could you go over that resume gap?
