It was one interview with two interviewers. Both were super friendly and made the whole experience relaxed. It was a pretty laid-back interview, mostly verbal technical questions where I had to explain some basic tech concepts like OOP, front end, SQL, and back end.

The first step was a phone screen where they asked me about system design, technical stuff, and some behavioral questions based on my resume. Then, there was a second round which lasted 2.5 hours. It included 1 hour for technical and application design questions, 1 hour for a live coding session with two easy LeetCode problems, and finally, a half-hour meeting with the manager.

This was a really bad interview experience. It felt like two people just asking behavioral questions for two hours straight and then rejecting me without even checking my technical skills. It seems like they are more interested in rehearsed answers than actual job skills. It was more like an interrogation than an interview, and they expect you to communicate in a specific way. Total waste of time and effort applying here. I wouldn't recommend this company.
