The interview was short and mainly focused on sales metrics. This job is basically retail phone sales, but you're expected to pitch the investment platform to your personal network, including friends and family. It reminded me of multi-level marketing, with tough KPIs and not much time to get up to speed. The hiring manager was upfront that most people don't last over three months, which tells you about the pressure and turnover. If you're not into high-volume cold calling and reaching out to people you know, this might not be for you.
