The whole interview thing went pretty well. Took about a month from start to finish to get the offer. HR was super quick to respond, and the person interviewing me really knew their stuff. I actually picked up a few new things from them. All in all, a solid experience.

I applied online, and then an HR person called me for a screening Skype call which went well. Next, I had a technical Skype screening with a senior engineer to assess my skills, followed by a technical challenge. After finishing the challenge, I was invited to the Berlin office to present my results to the chapter lead and a senior engineer. That went well too. Then, I had a personality interview with the chapter lead and the CTO. The next day, I received the contract. The experience was good, and they were friendly, which helped me relax.

I applied online. The whole interview process lasted about 2 to 3 weeks. It included these steps: a video call with HR, an assignment, a code review, a video call with the manager, and then feedback.
