They asked some questions, it was pretty easy. It seems like a good place to work if you're into sales. I really like sales so I thought it seemed okay, but I ended up choosing a different company that offered higher commission.

They completely missed the video interview, despite me confirming just an hour beforehand. I tried calling the interviewer multiple times, but there was no response or apology. It was incredibly unprofessional.

The interview process was pretty sloppy. I was contacted for an interview via Zoom and set up the time and date. I was 5 minutes early, but after 20 minutes with zero contact from Rainsoft, I reached out to Steven Vinci. He informed me they were having "technical issues" and couldn't host the interview. They said they would reschedule. A few hours later, HR reached out and mentioned they weren't recruiting any more employees. So why did I have an interview scheduled if there weren't any positions? Their communication is absolute rubbish. Read the other reviews before you consider applying.

The phone interview went pretty well. They asked me questions about my work experience and what I know about their products. I realized this job isn't for me though, because I have a disability that prevents me from doing the tasks they require.
