The hiring people I met were however very good at their interview skills. I felt seen and respected. I did enjoy our conversation. But after 3 hours of interviews total, common courtesy is for the company to follow up with me. Process: 1. 10 minute phone call 2. one hour interview 3. another one hour interview 4. in person interview w/ shift manager. I'm glad they did not offer me the job because the company did not follow through with when/ how they would inform me of an offer post 3rd in person interview. I do not want to work for a company who cannot communicate. I was told I would get an offer or NOT after the 3rd interview even if I was not offered the job, you know to not leave me hanging. NOPE. Silence. Nothing after a week of waiting for an answer. I had some red flags for this position. I'm sure they felt the same about me. But they are extremely thorough in an interview process for an entry level 18/hr job that seems like incredible grunt work. I am not their intended fit for their company, which is ok. When I was in the office the people appeared to be younger/ gamer/ computer involved people. Moving on.
