& Process

I got there for my interview and the manager wasn't even there. Someone had to call her and she said she didn't realize she had an interview and forgot to check her schedule. They told me she'd be there in an hour. While I waited, another teacher gave me a tour and introduced me to everyone else. They seemed nice but really needed staff. The manager finally showed up half an hour late and started the interview in her office. About halfway through, a parent came in for a tour. She rushed me through the rest of the interview then, seemed distracted and uninterested. Before I could ask my questions, she cut me off, said she'd call by the end of the week, and had to go talk to the parent. I get that the parent is important, but if she'd been on time, we could've finished. The whole operation seemed really disorganized, which honestly made me glad I didn't get an offer.

Applied online and then had an in-person interview followed by training. The questions were easy because they related to my college education classes. Some coworkers lack the necessary education to provide a good experience for the children.

Had a quick 15-minute phone screening. Then, a longer one-on-one with the Regional Manager that went for at least an hour. Finally, another phone interview with either the HR or operations manager, which lasted about 45 minutes.
