First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Raging Waters Los Angles.
Sales Associate
It was a pretty simple group interview where each person was interviewed one after another. They asked straightforward questions, nothing too complicated. They told me what they were looking for and then asked about my availability to start.
- Can you tell me about your experience relevant to this position?
Lifeguard
It was a really quick and easy interview process. They asked about my past lifeguard experience and if I had my first aid certification. I'd recommend this for high school or college students looking for their first job. There aren't many opportunities to move up, but it's pretty easy to get hired and the hours are flexible.
- Can you tell me about your previous lifeguard experience?
- Do you hold a current first aid certification?
Food & Beverage
The interview process was short, simple, and professional. The Human Resources lady interviewed me then and there instead of a manager like I was expecting. It was probably because they really needed employees who were willing and ready to work as soon as possible. I gave my best answers and brought a copy of my resume which I believe helped me get the job not to mention I was dressed very professional.
- What makes you want to work for us?
Admissions
The interview was straightforward, involving general questions and a couple focused on customer service. It was generally easy and lasted only about 10 minutes. The interview was one-on-one with the supervisor.
- Who are the most difficult people for you to engage with, and why?
- What do you consider to be the key aspects of admissions work?
