I got shortlisted for an interview within a week. Everything seemed good, and they said I'd get a reply within two weeks. Just a week later, HR emailed asking for referee contacts, which I provided. Two weeks passed with no update. I decided to follow up with HR about my application status. HR mentioned it was still under review and they'd update me ASAP. A week after that, I sent another follow-up email and got ghosted. It's really unprofessional and inconsiderate for such a reputable company to treat candidates this way. Don't just say 'still under review.' If a candidate isn't selected, let them know so they can move on and look for other jobs. People's livelihoods are at stake, especially now, and candidates are left in limbo.

The interview was professional and considerate. It started with an HR phone screening, then I had two in-person interviews, one with the department head and another with senior leaders. They asked about my experience with guest satisfaction, luxury service standards, and leading a team.

Interviews were good, the people I met were friendly. The first and second interviews were not too hard and both went for more than half an hour. It took me two days to hear back and get the second interview.

The interview process was surprisingly basic for a management position. The interviewer seemed to overlook the depth of my experience, much of which was already detailed on my resume. Afterward, I was asked to complete a case study with very limited information provided. I'd advise caution as they might be seeking ideas, given they've been hiring for this role for three months.
