I attended a campus interview where I spoke with an audit manager, who is now a partner. She was very passionate about Raffa and its mission, and we talked about our values and goals. My second round of interviews was at the Raffa office with two more audit managers. We talked about my time in school and some of my senior projects. One of the managers and I spent a good amount of time discussing his clients and what their missions were.

I met the recruiter at a campus recruiting event, swapped business cards and my resume, then had a phone interview. During the phone interview, the recruiter asked about my availability for an office interview. About a week later, she confirmed the office interview. I met the recruiter again for a brief chat, and then was interviewed by a senior and a manager. The vibe was really friendly and casual, didn't feel like an interview.
