Customer Success Manager
I met with a lot of the team and they asked me tons of questions. They also let me talk about myself. Then, they showed me around the office so I could meet people (remember to smile!) because if everyone likes you, you have a better shot.

Customer Success
After I applied, I got an email pretty fast for a first phone screen. Then, they asked me to come in the next week to meet with the recruiter and someone who was doing the same or a similar job. When I got there, I went into a conference room where both of them were. We talked, they asked me questions, and they explained what the job and the office vibe were like. They also asked me about salary during this meeting. I decided to withdraw my application before they made an offer or rejected me because my expectations didn't align with the role.
- What are you passionate about?
- Could you describe your current responsibilities?
- Tell me about a time you dealt with a challenging customer.
Marketing
First, I had a phone interview where they explained their company and asked about me. Then, a follow-up interview went more in-depth about the company. It was pretty laid back and the conversation flowed naturally. They were really nice and showed me around the office, which has a cool space.
