It was good. Very calm and welcoming. They first asked questions about myself then went on to ask about what I’d do in different customer situations. After that they explained what type of work and practices I’d have to follow if I was lucky enough to get the job.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process consisted of an initial online meeting, followed by an in-person interview at the hotel. Both interviews were pleasant but demanding. I was verbally offered the position, and after I accepted via email, there was no response for weeks. Upon my second inquiry, I finally received a reply, which unfortunately was a rejection.

Technical Coding Presentation

I went through a really long recruitment process that lasted 4 months. It had several interviews, a written test, and an in-person meeting. I never got any final feedback, which was frustrating. The process felt way too hard, like they were hiring someone for a super technical job, not a mid-level office position. It felt like they didn't respect my time or effort. You should probably look for jobs elsewhere if you don't want to be ignored after a long process.

Behavioral Other

I arrived and was attended to promptly. The interviewers were very polite, and I felt very comfortable. They asked me questions about myself to get to know me, inquired about my previous job, my salary expectations, and my responsibilities in that role. They also explained everything perfectly regarding salary, benefits, and the tasks involved in the job. The process was neither long nor tiring. I felt a connection with the hotel and its employees.

Radisson Hotel Group Interview Questions

Quoted word for word from Radisson Hotel Group interview reports.

Do I smoke? I don't, but I wouldn't waste hotel time by doing so. Just a heads up about the tiny area in the back, it can feel claustrophobic if you don't like cramped spaces. I really hate that part.
