The interview was fast and relaxed. They didn't ask any tough questions, so don't anticipate being heavily questioned on anything. I got through it without much trouble. The interviewer was really nice and flexible with scheduling.

it was a really simple and easy interview, they made me feel comfortable. they asked me about my past experiences and customer service history. they also asked about the company's mission and history to see if I was a good fit. overall, it went very well, it was easygoing and a smooth process.
