Associate
it was a short and very basic interview, i was called in to the store. the manager was on the phone alone in the store the entire time. he asked a few questions when he could, and when he learned my availability was open, he asked me to bring back my ID and social card to send to HR for a background check. the background check took about a week.
- What is your availability?
- What languages do you speak?
- Do you have sales skills or experience?

I applied online and they got back to me after a couple weeks. Then I had an interview with the store manager a few days later. The manager was really nice and easy to talk to. However, the pay was the deal-breaker for me since it was minimum wage plus a small commission, which would've meant less money than I'm making now. If the pay had been closer to my current salary, I would've likely accepted the job.
- Be prepared to describe a solid sales process.

The interview process was pretty straightforward, as long as you're comfortable selling electronics. They'll want to know if you're familiar with cell phones and wireless plans, and if you have some general knowledge about electronics.
- Can you tell me what you know about wireless plans?
