First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at RadicalMedia.
Project Coordinator
It was a phone call where they asked about my experience and if I was interested in the project. No tough questions, just straightforward. They also checked my references. The people seemed nice, but the timing didn't work out in the end.

Intern
My scheduled phone interview was a no-show for two hours, so they asked to reschedule. The interview itself was standard, covering typical questions about me and my interests. They initially indicated a response within a week, but after no contact, I followed up and was given another two-week waiting period. This continued for weeks until I eventually received a rejection.
- Can you share details about yourself and your background?
Web Producer
I made a web site back in 1995. They were looking for folks to produce web sites, and this new role, Web Producer, was created for that. It was pretty straightforward. They were really nice to work with.
- What motivates your interest in creating interactive media?
Designer
The interview process was smooth. I was welcomed at the reception area, which had a pleasant ambiance, a mix of professional and relaxed. I was then led to a conference room to meet with the design director and the person coordinating the interview. Afterward, I was given a tour of the facility and then departed.
